Fitness Revolution at Robeks Darien This Thursday

Ready to get your FIT on? This Thursday, January 15th, the Parisi Speed School will be on site at Robeks Juice (the Official Juice Bar of AllAboutDarien.com) with their high tech “Performance Pad”.
The pad works much like the popular interactive game “Dance, Dance, Revolution” (hencr, the grooving images you see at the beginning of this post) and measures speed, agility, strength and coordination. The demo will be held from 3-5pm and is open to the public. Anyone willing to test their skills will be eligible for special prizes from Robeks and Parisi Speed School. Sounds fun, see you there!
