New Real Estate Listings
You might have noticed things are a little bit “wonky” lately with the site … and if you pay attention, you might also start to notice that the word ”wonky” is quickly becoming the new “ps” (everybody’s starting to use it to describe everything!!) … the point is, bear with me: it’s all part of making AllAboutDarien.com the best possible Insider Guide to All Things Darien that it can be.
As part of this process, new and fun improvements are popping up all over: one of them is a new and improved real estate listings search engine, powered by Trulia — who basically has access to every MLS listing everywhere across the country. These listings include cool details about the property that I think beat Realtor.com, and link you directly to the realtor’s website. Anyway, even if you’re not in the market to buy, it’s always fun to see how the market’s doing and/or how the value of your house is doing, so check it out!
There will still be listings by owner available on the site, as well as Featured Open Houses, but until those sections fill up this aught to keep you busy!
