Gold Rush and Music and Tastings, Oh My!

We’re the town that never sleeps!  Well, okay, that might be pushing it just a tad … but it does seem like every time I turn around there’s something really fun to do this summer in Darien that doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg, and Thursday (tomorrow) is no exception.  Check out this lineup:

Free “Gold Rush” Party at the Darien Sport Shop: Thursday from 10am to 3pm in the Ladies’ Department. Trade in those partner-less earrings and sadly tangled gold chain necklaces for Sport Shop Dollars and get a fab new summer outfit while enjoying refreshments … click here.

Free Outdoor Concert with Acoustic Guitarist P.J. Pacifico in the courtyard next to Gofer Ice Cream: Thursday evening from 6pm to 9pm.  Click Here.

Free Friends With Flair Event, Tastings In The Twilight: Thursday, 6pm to 8:30pm at Helen Ainson Darien.  Rain or Shine, drop by to dazzle your senses with tastings and samples from around town: from wine and apps to facials and fragrances, while mingling with friends in the funky, fashionable setting of Helen Ainson Darien.  Click Here for more!

Free Concert to Kick Off the Special Olympics in New Haven by pianist and composer David Gurwitz: Thursday, 7:30pm, Darien High School Auditorium.  Click Here.

So many choices, so much fun!
