The first session for the Junior League of Stamford-Norwalk, Inc. (JLSN) Spring 2010 Provisional Class will be held on January 19, 2009, from 7:15-9:15 p.m. Women interested in membership in the League are invited to attend the meeting at the JLSN headquarters located at 748 Post Road in Darien, CT. The League offers a multitude of opportunities for women to network personally and professionally. Members are trained to become effective community volunteers, advocates and leaders, while developing a wide variety of skills, including team building, project research and implementation and effective communications. These valuable skills also benefit members in the workplace and with other community organizations.
