Great Spots For Sledding

On this very snowy day, I thought I’d recycle a post from last winter and send a request out to readers to help build the list of fun places to sled …
Baker Park (Noroton Ave) has a great big hill for sledding … it’s a steep hill to climb back up, but I think appropriate for most ages.
Anyone else know of good spots in town?
Waveny Park, in New Canaan, has a great slope for sledding, and I hear that kids love to sled on those hills behind the chain link fence where people hang banners as you drive into Rowayton.

The Country Club of Darien is off limits for sledding.There are signs posted,My son likes to go up to Oak Hills Golf Course.I guess they have some “boss” hills.

Cherry Lawn has a good one and kids go ice skating there as well.
Out of town, if you are looking to mix it up, there is a great one off exit 18 at Greens Farms Elementary School in Westport and you can go ice skating down the road at
Ling Shore. Also, off exit 2/3 in Greenwich there is a great hill for bigger kids in Glenville
right near the community center in town.
