Public School Registration
Parents must provide a birth certificate, child’s Social Security number, proof of residence, a report card from the previous school for students who have attended school elsewhere, and a record of immunization inoculations for measles, mumps, rubella, DPT and polio, and a skin test for tuberculosis.
