It’s a brand new restaraunt (just opened this week) in the brand new building downtown that also hosts esteemed retailers like Lucy, Gofer Ice Cream, and featured AllAboutDarien.com wellness spa Williams & Warren.
They’ve got a casual, family-friendly indoor restaurant, outdoor seating on a stone patio, a margarita bar (perfect for Happy Hour) and take-out (menu attached to listing). Go check them out tonight, and tell them AllAboutDarien.com sent you!

All too soon, possibly even tomorrow, the doors of this local restaraunt and pub will be closing for good: tonight might be your last chance to experience a slice of one-of-a-kind Benny’s pizza or a juicy delicious burger, shoot some pool, drop a record in the juke box and toast the 21 years Benny Bruno has served food and drinks in Noroton Heights. I’ll admit that I only discovered how good the food there is when I moved back to town, and was surprised by how many families and kids go in there on weeknights after sports or on the weekends for an early burger: I’d only ever known it to be a bar. So whether you go to grab some casual, home-cooked grub or to drink yourself silly saying goodbye, try to make it over to Benny’s tonight for a final farewell to one of Darien’s longtime establishments: you’ll be glad you did!
